Surah Al-ʿAlaq · The Clot · Verse 15/19

Qur'an 96:15

كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ

No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock -
