Surah Adh-Dhariyat · The Winnowing Winds · Verse 19/60

Qur'an 51:19

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
