Qur'an 26:36

قَالُوٓا۟ أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبْعَثْ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ

They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers
