Surah Al-Muʾminun · The Believers · Verse 49/118

Qur'an 23:49

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ

And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture that perhaps they would be guided.
